The topic of my essay is the Rebellion. What lead to it is the main question. Well I’m going to tell you some facts of how it started. When Mr. Jones got drunk he wasn’t too drunk. He forgot little things like to remember to shut the pop-holes.

What made him disheartened and drink more was losing money in a lawsuit. That is when things got worst. For whole days he would lounge in his Windsor chair drinking and reading his newspaper. Occasionally he would feed Moses beer soaked crusts. Mr. Jones had some men to help him with his farm.

The problem was that his men were idle and dishonest. This was lead to a lot of bad results. The fields were full of weeds, buildings wanted roofing, hedges were neglected and the animals were underfed. What really pushed the animals button was on midsummer’s Eve. Mr. Jones went into Willingdon and got so drunk at the Red Lion that he didn’t come back till midday on Sunday.

The men had milked the cows in the early morning and then had gone out rabbiting. They forgot to feed the animals also. When Mr. Jones finally got home he immediately went to sleep. So, when that evening came the animals were still unfed. The animals couldn’t stand it anymore. This was more than the hungry animals could bear. The rebellion had began.
